Discipline removes doubt.

Not all of it.

But a surprising amount.

Because a lot of uncertainty comes from knowing what you should be doing… and not doing it.

You put something off. Delay it. Avoid it for a few days. Then the mind starts getting louder. You think about it more. You stress about it more. You build it into something bigger than it was.

I’ve noticed there’s a strange relief that comes from simply doing the thing.

Not because everything gets solved instantly.

Because movement cuts through a lot of mental noise.

Stay steady.
