One simple shift for your morning.
Good afternoon, Stoics.
Use today with intention.
You can go back and complete a challenge you missed.
You can repeat one that hit and run it again.
Or you can reflect deeper on something you’ve already done this week. Keep the momentum going in some form.
Now for what’s next.
Tomorrow morning, start your day without your phone for the first 60 minutes.
No checking notifications.
No scrolling.
No quick “just one thing.”
Your phone doesn’t get the first hour. You do.
Most people wake up and immediately give their attention away. Messages, apps, other people’s priorities. Before they’ve even started their own day. So tomorrow, change that.
Wake up and stay with yourself. Move, think, plan, sit in silence if you need to. You’ll feel the urge to reach for your phone. That’s the habit. Notice it. Don’t act on it. Give yourself one hour where your attention stays yours.
When you go through it, come back and let us know how it felt and what changed in that first hour.
Stay steady.
