Good day, Stoics.
Yesterday’s challenge was simple.
Do something uncomfortable on purpose.
Most of the time, we avoid discomfort without even thinking. We delay it, distract ourselves, or convince ourselves we’ll handle it later.
Then when we finally face it, we usually learn the same thing.
It wasn’t as big as we made it.
Or maybe it was difficult, but it needed to be done anyway.
That’s the lesson.
Now let’s hear it.
What did discomfort teach you?
Did it get easier once you started?
Did you build it up too much in your head?
Or did it show you where you still hesitate?
Drop your reflection and let’s hear it.
Stay steady.
